Last week, I wrote a fairly popular article called “Why Gold and Silver Are at an Important ‘Make-or-Break’ Point” in which I discussed several shorter-term factors that are likely to affect gold and silver prices. Since then, gold and silver have dropped and broken their “flag” patterns that I showed, which increases the likelihood of further downside action. In this brief follow-up piece, I will show three long-term chart patterns that could have very bearish implications for gold and silver if they play out.
