Finance Minister inspected the safety of Lithuania’s gold in the vaults of the Bank of England

On 19 September 2013 the Minister of Finance of Lithuania Rimantas Šadžius, during his working visit in London, visited the Bank of England where he viewed the gold of the Republic of Lithuania, the Lithuanian Embassy in the UK has informed.
According to the Bank of Lithuania, there are 2946,9 kg of Lithuania’s gold being stored in London.
