With market highs in September & a sell off in October - here we are now in November with momentum to the upside slowing down & globally markets are weakening. The US markets are the only sector to put in new highs.
The latest year - so far there's no new highs
Here's the major markets & only the US has made a new high since September
All these indices put in their all time highs in September
The last six years since the bottom in early 2009 showing the strong performance globally due to QE etc.
Since 2000 - only Europe has failed to make new highs since 2007
